The order was not fulfilled!

I have yet to receive the product I ordered, and my attempts to contact Creality have gone unanswered. This is my first experience with a Creality product, and it may well be my last. I hope Creality will respond and address this issue promptly.

Did not receive complete order

I ordered the 10W CR-Laser Falcon Basic Kits on October 26,but I did not receive my entire order.
I ordered the: 10W CR-Laser Falcon Basic Kits, but I only received some of the items.
The items received
were the air assist, honeycomb bed, and the basswood sheets, I did not
however receive the actual engraver/cutter. The Main item in the
bundle.
Through email I was sent two tracking numbers. Both of which have been delivered, but neither package contained the main unit. The first package contained
the air assist and honeycomb bed, and the second had the wood sheets.

I have now since then sent two emails to the provided support email, attempted to call the provided number, and also tried to contact the company through the contact us page on the website.
Through these avenues have I received neither reply nor answer, so now I take to the product review page.
