As a first-time user, everything was perfect and ready to go out of the box. Unfortunately, I ordered a bundle kit and am still receiving parts of my order due to high demand and backorder. User friendly and easy to follow along. Still learning and enjoying the process as I go. Only feature I would like is maybe an app or connection to your phone, rather than being connected with a laptop or using an SD card.

Falcon 22W laser is fantastic! My first laser and its been so easy to get started

Having used so many craft machines I was curious about a laser but really scared to get started. I bought the 22W Falcon after a recommendation. The price was great and I thought if it was too much for me I would not be too out of pocket. It has been phenomenal since I first plugged it in. I was testing denim and fleece within days of unboxing and am now offering laser items in addition to my jewellery items.
The cuts are neat and the air assist means I rarely need to sand anything at all. I have been enjoying designing my own files and creating beyond what my other craft machines were capable of.
If you are pondering the purchase I would say it is very easy to get started and the FB page is a great resource for answering questions. There's always someone online to assist with questions and support you. I enjoy seeing all the creations the machine is capable of.
The machine has great safety warnings for fire detection, falling etc so I felt at ease. I added the enclosure for added protection from the smoke. I feel like I probably should have bought a laser much earlier!
If you are using craft machines that use SVGs you'll find it isn't a steep learning curve and I'm really really happy I chose my Falcon 22w.
