Falcon 10W Laser Engraver

I have had creality 3d printers and decided to try out the falcon laser, assembly was easy and getting started was pretty fast, the real learning curve is the settings of laser speed, power, and distance for the different materials you are working with.

My first laser but learning it was pretty easy if you are familiar with 3d printing and electronics. It's made some great projects for me.

There is something wrong with it. It continues to turn off midway through an engraving or a cut, which ruins the piece, requiring the entire thing be replaced. Customer service won't even talk to me about it until I've proven to their satisfaction via dozens of screen shots and photos that I did in fact purchase the product (no support if purchased used, I guess). Save yourself the headache. Buy a different brand.

This machine is excellent! I've been using it to customize jewelry and the precision is amazing. It's easy to use, and the support team is very responsive if you have any issues.

I bought this 10W laser engraving machine for my small business, and it's been worth every penny. The level of detail it can achieve is incredible, and it runs smoothly and quietly.
