This is my first laser. It came very well packaged and was easy to assemble. I was able to download Lightburn and engrave my first image in less than an hour! There is a step learning curve for the software and machine, but I am starting to produce items of good quality already!

My wife and I have had an excellent experience with this machine. Our first had some issues, but WeCreat came through with another, and its flawless. Super easy to set up. The inside camera makes it effortless to line up your image with your work material. A great machine for anyone who wants to get started with a laser.
