Got this couple days ago... updated firmware just keeps saying not responding not responding after it did the test run. I really am not sure what to do about this. Seems like every machine I buy has some sort of defect. Really wish this would work correctly because I have soo many designs to burn. Would really hate to have to send it back just because it is not working. Seems as though people are saying have fun getting a hold of customer service too

One of the first things you must do is update the firmware (in the manual), but I can't find any videos or discussion about the need for firmware. I downloaded what I think is the right one, but there is not a firmware for the A1 Falcon specifically. I'd love to be able to use this puppy. It just sits there blinking at me. I need customer service to call me back so I can get to burnin'.

The A1 is easy to set up and get started. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the camera is not fully calibrated even though I did it multiple times, and the Falcon Design software is not intuitive. The A1 has done everything I have asked of it so far.
